Had a multisegement on a NE Corridor train last week, and it now posts as showing all the segments on the Guest Rewards statement, but with points only credited to the first segment. So, they fixed the code for reserved trains. Haven't tried unresereved, but can guess the same unless you go to the trouble of booking on different train numbers for each online.
