On my recent LHR-WAW-LHR flights had hot options both the way out and back to LHR. Was very happy with the quality of the food as well. However don't know if that's classed as a Band 2 destination though.
On my LGW-JER flights there are hot meals in the morning BTW.
WAW is Band 3. And all CE flights offer a hot breakfast, regardless of band.
