i have not been able to get exit rows via delta.com with my MVPG number in the record. but one call to reservations and they are happy to put you in a exit row with elite status -- but you need to get a US agent and not one offshore. i asked for a supervisor and got transfered back to the US

also, you can board early by showing your MVP card when they call partner elites (usually Zone 2). i think the only reason the other poster got zone 1 was because he was in an exit row.

DL doesnt automatically recognize your status like NW does, but they take good care of you. just flew them to europe and back -- much better than flying AA to europe, and the crew was much happier than the NW ones.
