The lakeview is pretty commonly available. That's the only upgrade you get as far as rooms go. Call the morning of your arrival and ask to speak to the front desk and "inquire" about lake view availability. Usually they'll pre-block it on the spot.
The food coupons are good at the Cafe Bellagio, Pool Bar or the little cafe above the pool(forgot the name). And yes, they are a $15 value, and you get 2 per day of your stay.
You also get a spa visit coupon and I think a $25 spa merchandise/service credit.
And, one of my favorite benefits - the 4pm checkout for those with the later/red-eye flights. It's nice not having to vacate the room at noon when your flight isn't for 10 more hours.
