Maybe next time they can plan an airport that is near the city it is named for, and doesn't cost a fortune in time & cost to get to/from? What a fooking nightmare it was to get from/to the airport this weekend. PHX was a breeze, but having to pay $19 for a Super Shuttle and be outside by 3:45 a.m. for a 6:25 a.m. flight in MR mode (have BP, no checked luggage) sucked. And those tram chimes! They sound like the slot machines at LAS. OTOH, security between 5 & 7 a.m. was a breeze. ^
