Please keep telling your cabin crew, and ask us to report it. Nothing can change unless you tell us!

However, I urge you to write to the Powers that Be as one of my frustrations is constantly reporting the same items. They will not take an aircraft out of service because the IFE does not work and believe me they take more notice of you than of us. I think that they think that we just use any opportunity to whinge and treat us as such. You, they cannot afford to treat as such. The more vaulable the card, the more better likelihood of getting something done.
