Indeed. I have seen more occurrances than I care to count when passengers have been mistakenly offloaded (often by an agent in another city - perhaps upline in your itinerary) from a flight. the coupon may still show open and therefore it hasn't been credited to your account.

That would be it. I was trying to get on a different flight in IAD to meet another FTer ( ), but it didn't work, and I was also the last to board the flight I was ticketed on in IAD (the flight right before the UX flight that didn't post). When I walked up to the podium and showed my BP in IAD, the GA re-printed my BP for some reason, though my seat was the same. I didn't have time to ask why at that time--that was probably the problem.

Is this something that is easy to fix now?
