Those of you who are based in Japan may not realize that capsule hotels get a lot of coverage on foreign travelogues of Japan. I guess they make good video, the correspondent climbing the ladder and crawling into his capsule.

When I tell people here about business hotels and mention that such hotels are clean and safe but have small rooms, they sometimes assume that I'm talking about a capsule.
