The very first thing I thought when I saw this new slogan is that it must be a joke.
I thought to myself, "Home. You'll Get Used to It" means that rather than put up with the nonsense of the policies of the executive management team of Delta Air Lines, everybody would rather stay home than to fly on Delta any more, so get used to it.
