Give me a break!

I have yet to meet one CO employee (executives included) that have not referred to Mr. Kellner, Sir, as "Larry." I believe it's Gordon that brought about a more casual and approachable CEO at CO and that has been passed down to Larry and Jeff and the rest of the CO team.

To the OP, wonderful e-mail. I know in my emails to the company they've always been happy to read about their great service. Don't be shocked if you receive a personalized reply from Larry.
