Therefore, when I addressed my email to the "CO Team", I definately wanted to say hi back to Larry also. I'm sure he also sees complaint letters from time-to-time, so maybe some positive ones will help too.

I wrote what I wrote in the email, because I was completely satisfied with my first CO experience in over 40 years, and just wanted to say "thank you" in a small way. I've already mentioned my trips in phone calls to several people today, both in NA and the UK, and have heard of possible future bookings from them on CO.

Soooooooo......thanks, Larry and the CO Team!!!!!

Good for you. I thought your letter was fine. Larry works for us, not the other way around We're the boss. It's good that you had such a great experience on Continental. The airline has come a long way in the past ten years. There is a great book called "From Worst to First" by Gordon Bethune. It's a great read. Make sure you tell us all about your flight to Belfast.
