The negative on this, as mentioned previously in a post.. this "certificate" has no valid code to book online so, you must book your trip, pay in full, and then send your "certificate to Wilkes-Burre, PA to receive your "reimbursement"

The interesting thing is that they have it in their system... my name and what the certificate was issued for, but still said he (agent) didn't have the ability to book the "deal" with the certificate applied. LAME! The CS agent didn't seem to feel it would be a problem to receive the check within 7-10 business days after they received. I sent it certified mail, just in case they pull a fast one.
