Meal vouchers, confirmed first class seats on the next flight, hotel accomondations for overnighters... I believe that's about it.

I try to take bumps whenever I can. Even though $300 ain't much, it's still money in the pocket. Also, FWIW, I took a bump on a MSP-HNL flight awhile back. The agent said $300 then offered $350, forgetting that the max that could be offered was $300. She realized the mistake when processing my voucher and issued another one for $50. ^
