$300's the max NW can offer on domestic flights. It's written into their rules. [Even though it should be higher for Hawaii flights, since it'd give the GAs more bargaining power, especially with vacationers that have non-refundable hotel stays they need to get to]

On international flights, that's an entirely different ballgame.
