Thanks, guys. I should have clarified that I am not seeking credit for flights or missed segments. Rather, it is for the 10,000-base mile bonus on my Delta Amex card, which did not post for months, and then as non-base miles. This would qualify me for Platinum. I sent in a letter from Amex that the miles were earned and credited. Thus, I do not feel that telephoning the Service Center would help. They have had my request and documentation for a month now. But as some of the other posts indicate, maybe I should be patient a little longer.
