it can happen overnight while you're sleeping. case in point-may 20th sfo-ord ua 132. 757 with u/g cleared and checked in on-line friday seat 2b. saturday morning at sfo 4:30am-i re-print my bp from mr/ms easy and that's when i found out my 75 was swapped for a 74 as my seat channged to 13b in c. not being a fan of the u/d, i changed my seat to 22b and had a great sleep en-route to ord.
