The timing others are suggesting relates to the OP's question......
"Our flight out of NRT is at 10:30am, which means we'd probably need to be at the airport by 9, which means a 7:30 train out of town. Will we get to see anything if we're at the market from 6-7? Are any of the sushi shops open that early for breakfast?"
