Speaking about pillows, I'm flying f on UA to PEK later this year and have never flown the flat bed. What do the rest of you folks do about the dirty blanket and pillow? Do you just grin and bear it or do you bring your own blanket and (perhaps) case for the pillow? It just makes me kinda sick to think these things rarely get cleaned and I'm supposed to sleep right on them or have them next to my body! Yuck! I feel the same way about hotel rooms, but haven't taken drastic measures by bringing my own bedlinen, etc.

I'm curious what you recommend?
