I think there are other threads on this, but to quickly answer your questions

AC*A = basic Aeroplan member

LT07 means a Latitude or Latitude Plus fare, entitling you to complimentary selections from the on-board cafe menu (to 7$ max).

I think the AP at the end of your name means Aeroplan? Not 100% sure on that one.
