Always read the SMALL PRINT! We have an annual policy with Norwich Direct - one of their requirements is that you have to have prebooked 3 nights accommodation -we came unstuck on that one (only 2 nights!) The other one that disqualified a medical claim was trips have to be under 31 days -we were away for 33 days!
Anyone know a really good comprehensive policy - not just the cheapest?
