5 hours is a lot of shopping. There are a couple of decent bars inside the airport. 5 hours isn't nearly enough at those bars :

PA does not tax clothes and shoes. If you're in the market for clothes or shoes, PIT has a couple of decent stores (IIRC). If not, the bar at the near end of Concourse D is where I'd be...(O' Doulls ???)
