I use direct travel (also underwritten by AXA). their premiums are very good and the cover is reasonable. website is direct-travel.co.uk. They cover wintersports worldwide under two of their policies for under £100. Have claimed once, and it all seemed to go smoothly. I have used them since they were recomended in Which a few years ago.

With regard to travel insurance generally, always declare everything that you have had in your past medical history that could possibly be relevent to the questions asked on the forms.... I'm forever getting insurance companies asking for details of previous medical history , to see if they can weasle out of paying a claim, because of something undisclosed in a patients past.
