I have a friend who was on Co flight from Lisbon, Portugal to EWR on Monday. The flight was very scary, lots of turbulance. FA's in their seats most of the flight with little word on what was happening from pilot or FA's. The said that passengers were upset. At end of flight one FA said it was one of the worst she had ever been on.

Was anyone on that flight or had anyone heard any details of what was going on? or is my friend exaggerating...
