Not overtaken, but yesterday we did the standard off-27R turn right and then hold at 5-6000ft whilst getting away from London, and an Iberia A320 went screaming over the top of us. Obviously, am sure it would have been at the required seperation but it 'looked' very close, and you can understand why some people get concerned with this.

And to cap it all, we flew a very interesting approach into BAH - far north and then turn onto final approach almost over Qatar (definitely further than over Jarada sandbar which is normal) due to 'traffic'. In BAH? Surely not!

PS....herewith the summation of a fairly hungover convo at the breakfast table
"Dad...why was there a Luftwaffe Airbus parked on Gate 13 last night?"
"Oh...they've just started three times a week to Frankfurt."
"No, the Luftwaffe, as in the German Air Force..."
"Ahh yes, the German Foreign Minister's in."

Well that's all right then.
