As we told Delta during our meeting, most people never read their bulletins from DL. As I travel, most of the FC cabin has no clue that the program has changed. That is the importance of our campaign.
Yesterday I gave buttons and cards to the Director of Corporation Travel of an Atlanta based Fortune 500 company. She was b***hing about how hard it has been to upgrade. When I told her about changes, her comment was "I have over 4MM and I didn't know that."
She is sending info on SSM in her Monday Morning Memo to the entire company.
We might be small, but we are growing as people actually start to understand what is happening.
So, as Gavroche says in Les Miz:
