We were on US 70 to PHL on a tight 45 min connection to LAS. We sat on the ground is some remote parking area at ORD for over 1hr arrrived PHL 9 29 pm instead of 7 16 pm. We missed our connection by 2 minutes. PHL- LAS was scheduled to depart 8 PM, but left 9 27 PM exactly 2 min before we came. Now were spending the night in PHL, and flying PHL-PHX-PSP. Tons of flight canx and tons of misconnects here today. Anyone else had this problem today, this was first time in my life, when my flights didnt work out. Didnt like the experience. Because it was air traffic control, we got no hotel, no extra miles, vouchers or anything! Is this right, or are we being lied to?
