There are 2 different things. VOIP can be enabled really easily as it just requires the Bluetooth audio profile, to get MP3's you are better off with a pair of stereo Bluetooth headphones for which you'll need the A2DP profile which requires quite a bit of hacking at the Bluetooth stack. But in the end you'll probably find that a wired headset is MUCH more practical.
