We have corporate rate with lots of Hiltons. It appears that each hotel has agreement with various companies which might not be known to the Diamond Desk as the hotel itself has to book you reservation.

So you might try having the Diamond Desk book you..then calling the hotel to inform them of your negotiated corporate rate and ask them to apply it to the reservation.
