The fares are stated in the star files, given in the first few messages of this thread. They're several weeks old, but no one has volunteered anything different re the places you asked about. There's also a spreadsheet that nicely listes everything with a lot of sort macros - you'll see it mentioned near the beginning also, or can search for "spreadsheet" - it's not likely to be an overburdened search term, so you'll find it immediately.
