By the way, with regard to Scotch, have you tried Bushmills? There's a gradation from Scotch to Whiskey, and, IMHO, the inflection point lies in the heart of the Bushmill's distillery. Give it a whirl and tell me what you think.
I've been in OnePass for years- was Elite from 2000 to 2003, and stopped flying them when they "enhanced" their program and started granting only partial EQM on some classes of airfare. Now I use CO only if it's the only reasonable alternative, as it is in this case.

We'll have to try Bushmill's- we're planning a return to Royal Mile Whiskies, so if they have Bushmill's, maybe that's one of the ones we'll pick up on this trip.
