I don't particularly like the NCW seats (narrow, fussy, inadequate length) but especially when one is blocked from the aisle by the person next/behind/in front of you. When the aisle seat is extended into a "bed" the window/inboard person literally has to climb over the aisle seat occupant's legs.
(It's especially awkward in the 767s since the curve of the fuselage doesn't allow the window occupant to stand erect, thus requiring the leg lift to be quite acrobatic. Some of us are past our acrobatic primes. Way past.)
