I use Firefox with two extensions to block adds, both pop-up/pop-under and in-page flash.

Use Flashblock 1.5.1 and ....... Plus 0.7. With this set up with Firefox I get ABSOLUTELY NO ADS. None, Period. I am on an "ad free" internet!!
