The rows in the front are generally reserved for elites, but the rest are available for anyone. If you book on a flight that is not really full (and you can check the seatmaps before booking on continental.com), you should not have a problem getting an aisle seat.

I do not believe there are any two-seat sides on the flights to the UK - Continental runs 757s to the UK (3-3).
