I too only got 250 miles for filling out the survey. 250 vs 500 sound likes a double standard to me! I gave them high ratings for the wonderful frontline people at Delta and blasted them for the Skymiles changes. My take on the situation is that they probably had hoped that people would say kind things and then state that, based on the survey results,most people were happy with the 2003 changes. WRONG, DELTA!!! Think again!! I hope that a large negative response will finally wake up Delta. Doubtful but, heck, the timetables are coming back.
