I also took the survery and was told I'd get 250 miles.

Does anyone know why some get 250 miles and others get 500 miles?

Also, their FF program sucks from the viewpoint of actully USING some miles for a trip. I'm a million miler etc., and am really irritated with their lack of seats, even when the flights are wide open !!!!!
