With two drivers I think you can be comfortable with 10 hours of driving - will leave you with 6 free hours for whatever after eight hours of sleep. Say you average 60 miles per hour (some points will be more, some less), you can do it in four days easy - roads are pretty wide open on your route so you may be able to get there even faster.
