2:1 with Hilton i.e. 10K YX miles = 20K HHonors points

1:1 with Amtrak which can be traded 1:1 with CO

YX miles can be redeemed for awards on NW or KLM

Best value IMHO is to redeem YX miles for hotel stays at the Grand Geneva in Lake Genaeva, WI - 15K miles for 2 nights at the former Playboy Club!
