DL plats definitely have (or at least did have) special access at least to CRCs. But I'm not sure what the details are, whether it differs from a regular CRC membership or not. You have to consult the rules of the program you belong to.
NW and CO plats don't get any such benefit (just the STE+ access on int'l trips).
