"Manual Ticket" usually means an electronic ticket processed manually by someone over the phone or in person at an airport counter. Sounds consistent to me. I recently had to correct a booking by calling web support and didn't get a receipt for nearly 2 weeks by email.

Two ticket numbers for each person is a bit odd but may be a consequence of the MFU process.

No harm in calling BA to check all is well (which it probably is).
