Computer updates status every Saturday evening. However, if you have existing reservations, you'll need to call and ask the agent to remove your SM number from the reservation and then re-enter it for your new status to show on your boarding pass. Once you have PM status, your boarding pass will also say "Crown Room" on it...well, at least until next March. Congrats on making PM already.
