To my surprise I was welcomed with open arms at the Lounge Pacific at KIX as a Plat travelling in Y. Maybe it was a contract lounge before, but it says One World all over it now. It is small and windowless, but comfortable with free alcohol and snacks, although a bit of a trek to the other side of the terminal for the AA gate.
Great to hear that it is now open, even of it is too late for my family to use (Wife + two children, all Plats).
