I must say I disagree wih the fact this is the worst four points.. Actually for me as a platinum it is one of my favorite. I always have a two room suite when I go. The breakfast is more than adeqaute and they will even make a latte for you if you ask

I guess I get up to early so I don't notice the noise.. but the staff have always been nice..

and the location could not be better as far as walking to the Cathedral and lots of restaurants..

If anyone has any specific questions let me know I go abotu once a month..

oh if you are drivign keep in mind you may want to call ahead to reserve a spot although there is another garage just down the street near the new Marriott..
