I could be wrong here as I haven't as of yet participated in CC. But my understanding is that the points are not actually transferred. You would have to call in and use your eVIPs based on what the other person wants. They would also have to call in and use their points based on what you wanted.

So I don't think that it would help you reach the next MM point.
