So let's say I want to fly SFO-FRA-TLV. I have a couple of options and want to figure out how the upgrades work. The information I found by searching this forum seems outdated (and doesn't cover my first scenario), so...
- SFO-FRA on UA and FRA-TLV on LH. Can I upgrade the UA portion with a SWU and the LH portion with miles? Or would they need to be on separate PNRs? How many miles is the FRA-TLV upgrade?
- All legs on LH. How many MP miles would the upgrade be?
- How hard is upgrading on LH (relative to UA)?
