Smile Tokyo Station N'EX platform to boarding at the Shinkansen Komachi platform
Hi,

I will be traveling to Akita by taking the last bullet train to Akita. The transfer time allow between arriving at the Tokyo Station of the N'EX platform to boarding at the Shinkansen Komachi platform is only 15 minutes. I need help with detail directions from the N'EX platform to reach the Komachi platform. Such as which direction I should be heading after arriving and which elevator I should take to reach the top level of the Shinkansen platform.
