Sharon was pretty dead on with the cost of a weekday event at the Proud Bird. See the second link for early bird dinner details. That $18. ish estimate would include tax/tip/and a glass of wine. Sadly, not available during the weekend. Looks like they have a good sunday brunch that includes the bubbly.

Happy Hour is offered Monday through Friday 4:00 to 7:00 pm and features complimentary hors d'oeuvres and $2.50 house wines, domestic beers and Margaritas.
