Hi Wolfson,

basically you are asking us two different questions:
  1. Which routing in allowed for travelling on awards?
  2. Which type of award can I book online?

There are more restrictions for FlySmart awards (they are not available as a one-way award at a lower mileage value) but there is no difference when it comes to route restrictions. BUT some awards like zone jumping (eg ZRH-IST//CAI-ZRH) can only be booked via call centres but not online. And here starts your dilemma: FlySmart awards have to be booked online...
