The only possible way I'd take that DG is (a) I'd bought a coach ticket and upgraded with miles/SWU; (b) said upgrade instrument was refunded plus (c) $600+ USD in CASH, not vouchers, refund to OFP, etc.

On a paid C fare, I'd just walk if IDB/IDG'd.
