While I am unhappy with the termination of CO'S YEG-IAH service this past February, I can say that CO deserves this award wa-a-ay before AC.

One of many reasons is that so long as the connection is a legal one, CO will check bags through on separate tickets. ^

It's called customer service a concept that AC has never and never will grasp.
