The title of this thread is very misleading and simply not true. Assuming that the OP really called AA in the first place and was a "busy" traveller as he states, I do not understand why he posted this thread in the first place before calling back and getting another agent. Anyone who flies often knows that information you get from CSRs is not always accurate. If you do not get the informtation you were expecting, most of us have the common sense to call back and see if the next agent gives us the same information. I would hope that people would do that before posting a thread with a title that simple is not true.
